This is the 1958 Milton Bradley United States Lotto matching game in which the object is to become the first player to cover all 8 states on the player's board. It was designed to teach children interesting and useful facts about each states, such as its abbreviation, shape, neighboring states, capital, largest city, nickname, state flower, and important products. The game consists of six 8.125" by 6.5" colorful game boards (each with eight states) and forty-nine 3.25" by 2" state cards printed with the shape of the state, the capital building and products on one side and state information on the other. The game is complete except for the rules card which is missing. This 1958 Milton Bradley United States Lotto is in Very Good condition with no damage or wear. The box is intact but does show signs of wear with edge creases and taped areas on the lid and one bottom box corner.
