This is a Vintage Photo Postcard of a Woman in a Shamrock Dress, taken at the studio of Perry A. Wiley on Market Street in Philadelphia.  The photo shows a young woman with long dark hair standing on a patterned rug in front  of a plain studio backdrop.  A sliver of a vase on a stand, perhaps another backdrop, can be seen along the right edge.)  She stares straight into the camera with her hands perched boldly on her hips.  She is wearing what appears to be a handmade dress with a bib and apron covered in appliquéd shamrocks, a large bow on the crown of her head, dark stockings and white heeled shoes with rosettes.  She also has on a variety of jewelry, including a cross on a chain, a thin metal bracelet, and a large wristwatch.  The card was never sent.  This Vintage Photo Postcard of a Woman in a Shamrock Dress is in Very Good condition.
