This is a 9" high by 2.375" wide Victorian Die Cut Scrap of a Young Boy with Bat and Ball. The boy has brown wavy hair with bangs, large hazel eyes, and a rosebud mouth with a faint smile. He is wearing a gold shirt with white collar and long burgundy tie and matching knee length gold pants with a black belt and gold S buckle. His stockings and high button shows are both black. He has a white hat with burgundy trim and ribbon. He holds a green cricket bat in his right hand and a large gray ball in his left. This scrap has chromolithic printing and embossing on medium weight brown paper. Maker and exact age are unknown. This appears not to he a reproduction. This Victorian Die Cut Scrap of a Young Boy with Bat and Ball is in very good condition with a hairline crease at the ankles (which shows slightly white across the black boots).
