Venetian Glass African Trade Eye Beads

This is a pair of Venetian Glass African Trade Eye Beads  with a tan/yellow cast background and chocolate brown with yellow ringed eyes.  The tubular beads are varying in size with one measuring 1.5" (38mm) in length  by 0.5" (13mm) in diameter with a 0.25" (6mm) oval hole and the other measuring 1.25" (32mm) in length by 0.5" (13mm) in diameter with a 0.375" (9mm) oval hole.  The larger bead has six eyes (three at each end irregularly grouped), while the smaller bead four complete eyes and two partial eyes (three on each end).  Maker and age are unknown.  These Venetian Glass African Trade Eye Beads are in Good condition with chips and imperfections typical of this type of beads.
