This steel-engraved stock shares document (11.25" by 8") was issued by the Arizona-based Crescent Oil and Land Co. It has been printed in green and black on off-white paper with a decorative border. The number of shares, name of the shareholder, date, and three signatures (of the company President, company Secretary, and registrar of the New York Produce Exchange) have been handwritten. The document number (no. 512) and registration date (May 7 1910) appear in red. The text on back is for the sale, assignment or transfer of the stock. In good condition with two folds and minor edge and seam discoloration on back.
