Antique Printing Block of a Child Inside the Letter C

This is an Antique Printing Block of a Child Inside the Letter C, measuring 1.3125" high by 1.0625" wide by 0.875" thick.  Etched in copper, the image shows a cherubic child with his left foot planted on the letter C, while both hands hold a large ring through which he pokes his head.  A flowing piece of fabric starts above the letter, arches behind the child, and gathers around his right leg.  The plate is mounted on a darkened piece of wood.  This printing block was probably part of a decorative alphabet.  Maker and exact age are unknown.  This Antique Printing Block of a Child Inside the Letter C is in Very Good condition with no damage or wear.
