Decorative Floral Openwork Wood Circles

This item consists of two Decorative Floral Openwork Wood Circles, each measuring 1.875" (48mm) in diameter by 0.0625" (2mm) thick at the center.  The design, which appears to have been machine carved in a hard wood, is made up of five floral circles (with recessed openwork background) and four fishtail areas with four diamond-shaped perforations.  The wood has been stained a deep brown.  The backs are flat.  Maker and age are unknown.  These Decorative Floral Openwork Wood Circles are in Very Good condition with no wear and appear never to have been used.  Ideal for use in jewelry, assemblage or other art project.
