Vintage Shepherdess and Shepherd Creche Figures

These beautifully detailed Vintage Shepherdess and Shepherd Creche Figures were made in Italy in the 1950's.  Each of these children has a white sheep.  The 4" shepherdess is sitting on the ground and hugging her sheep by her side.  Her blue eyes look downward (at the Baby Jesus, when placed in the Naticity scene).  She is dressed in peasant clothing with a patched apron.  The 5.25" shepherd stands beside her holding the legs of a sheep who sits on his shoulders.  He is dressed in bright blue pants, red shirt and fur vest and has bare feet.  He also looks downward.  Each is marked "Italy" and 29 cents under their bases.  Both of these Vintage Shepherdess and Shepherd Creche Figures are in Very Good condition.
