Antique Wedding Photograph by A J Voitkiewicz

This is an Antique Wedding Photograph by A J Voitkiewicz, a Chicago photograher working in the 1920s.  The sepia-toned black and white photograph shows an unsmiling bride and groom in a studio setting with arched windows to their left and a patterned rug and bouquet of flowers at their feet.  The bride is wearing a high necked, long sleeved, cinched waist gown covered with lace and bows and a full length veil with a large headress and a crown of flowers.  She is holding a bouquet of roses.  The groom is wearing a pin-striped suit with a vest and a long jacket with handkerchief and boutonniere.  They are holding hands.  The photograph measures 5.5" by 3.875" and is mounted on a 6.625" by 4.25" dark gray bordered board with " A.J. Voitkiewicz 614 West 18th St. Chicago" in tan lettering.  The board has a plain gray back.   This Antique Wedding Photograph by A J Voitkiewicz is in Very Good condition with no damage or fading.
