This is an unusual Antique Brass Button with Attached Paisley Design. The 1.3125" (33mm) in diameter button has a cast brass base with a raised keystone and dot border. A large pewter-tone cast and etched paisley design has been attached at the center. The background has a scale-like dotted pattern which has been painted black. There is a silver-tone loop shank. Manufacturer and exact age are unknown. This Antique Brass Button with Attached Paisley Design is in Very Good condition with no damage. The brass on back has tarnished and has minor surface wear.
