1949 Uncut Bride and Groom Paper Doll Set

This is the 1949 Uncut Bride and Groom Paper Doll Set, published by Merrill Company Publishers of Chicago, Illinois.  The set consists of 6 paper dolls (bride, groom, maid of honor, best man, young girl and young boy) and eight pages of clothes for the wedding, wedding party, wedding trip and bride's trousseau.  The dolls measure from 5.5" to 9.75" high and are printed on heavy cardstock.  The vibrantly colored clothing and accessories have been printed on thin matte paper which has slightly yellowed over time.  The booklet measures about 12,5" high by 10.25" wide and is completely intact.  These are not reproductions but the original 1940's set.  This 1949 Uncut Bride and Groom Paper Doll Set is in Very Good condition with no damage or wear.
