1928 Cheyenne Frontier Days Decal

This is a 1928 Cheyenne Frontier Days Decal, created  for the western celebration and rodeo which has been held annually since 1897 in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  This round decal measures 5.25" in diameter and features a black and white photograph of a cowboy with a large hat and fur chaps riding a bull (his right arm raised) on a deep yellow background with the lettering "Cheyenne Frontier Days" and "July 24-25-26-27-28 1928" in dark green.  This 1928 Cheyenne Frontier Days Decal is in Better Than Fair Condition with no damage to the center image.  The edges of the decal had been glued into an album so there is five areas around the border where part of the paper on back has been removed.
