1922 Insect Prints from Trees as Good Citizens

This item consists of four color 1922 Insect Prints from Trees as Good Citizens, written by Charles Lathrop Pack, President of the American Tree Association.  This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important with the text centering around the vital role trees play in our lives.  It included practical advice on how to plant and care for trees in order to create a greener.  The four prints include "Elm Leaf Beetle and Bag or Basket Worm," "Maple Borers and Cottony Maple Scale," "White Marked Tussock Moth and Forest Tent Caterpillar," and "Oak Insects."  Each page measures 9" by 6.875" and has been printed in bright colors on off white slightly glossy medium paper stock.  Each page is accompanied by a translucent guard sheet with descriptive text.  These 1922 Insect Prints from Trees as Good Citizens is in Very Good Condition with no damage or staining.  Ideal for use in art projects.
