This is a 1920s Valentine Postcard with a drawing of a young girl in a 19th century hairstyle and off-the-shoulder dress. She is sitting inside a black and white mesh-like heart, holding a simple red and white valentine. To the right of her, a monarch butterfly prepares to land on blue daisy-like flowers. Outside this heart, smaller single and double hearts in gold with colorful flowers and berries float over an off-white lace-like background of hearts and flowers and a lavender-gray border. The card reads "To My Valentine." This postcard measures about 5.5" wide by 3.5" high. The card was given by Gaston to Miss Dobkins, probably his teacher. Their names are written on back. This 1920s Valentine Postcard is in Very Good condition with no wear or damage.
