    This is a 2002 hardcover Roxanne Swentzell: Extraordinary People (Collectible Limited Edition) by Gussie Fauntelroy, published in the New Mexico Magazine Artist Series, signed and numbered (241/300) by the artist on the front end paper and embellished with an original signed etching of the work "Feast" (68/75) and authentication sheet in a pocket on the inside of the back cover.  Roxanne Swentzell is an acclaimed contemporary Native American sculptor of the Southwest. She creates human figures (sometimes up to three feet tall) in coiled clay, as is the traditional Santa Clara Pueblo pottery manner.  Her figures have beauty, humor and great dignity.  This 96 page book (10" x 8") features 85 color plates and Swentzell's insights on the meaning of each piece, both personally and from the Pueblo perspective.  This copy of Roxanne Swentzell Extraordinary People (Collectibe Limited Edition) is in nearly New condition.  It has been stamped "Complimentary of New Mexico Tourism Dept.
