This is a 1910 Glass Negative of an Indian Lacrosse Racquette, Gaming Bowl, Snow Shoe, and Javelin Game, produced by the Visual Instruction Division of the New York State Education Department (written in gold on the side). This 4" wide by 3.25" high negative shows Eastern Native American sports equipment, which is identified as an Indian Lacrosse Racquette, Gaming Bowl, Snow Shoe, and Javelin Game. The image is surrounded by a gold border. When the negative is held up to a light source, these images can be seen in detail and with more variations in tone.
