The Mythology Ephemera Grab Bag contains at least 20 pieces of vintage and antique black & white and color ephemera, including etchings, engravings, illustrations, and/or photographs of mythological artworks. (Some pieces have more than one image.) The ephemera is taken from a variety of mythic traditions, such as Ancient Egyptian, Ancient Greek, Ancient Roman, Celtic, Norse, Hindu, Japanese, Mayan, and/or Native American. The images include gods and goddesses; mythical creatures, such as the dragon, cyclops, harpy, centaur, and sphinx; and scenes from the legends. The ephemera has been selected from a wide range of sources, including mythology books; children's books; primers and textbooks; and encyclopedias and dictionaries. Text may be in several languages.
